5 Questions to Reset/Recharge Your Life

(Click here to watch if the video above isn’t working.)

If you’re feeling stuck, you need to answer these 5 questions to reset/recharge your life …

I’m not a fan of new year’s resolutions, but I do believe in having a vision and setting intentions for the year. (Check out last week’s message for more on that.)

And while you can do it anytime at all, sometimes it seems that the beginning of the year is the perfect time for a reset.

You know … if you’re feeling stuck or like you’ve hit a plateau.

Marie Forleo has really good advice for what to do when you need a reset, including 5 questions to ask yourself during the process. In fact, she just released a new video on the subject … the one above. 😉

I’m on board with Marie’s suggestions to get out of your “normal” environment (away from your desk!) and to physically write your answers with pen and paper. In fact, if it’s warm enough where you are, or if you can handle the cold, GO OUTSIDE!

OK, here are the questions:

5 Questions to Reset/Recharge Your Life

  1. Where am I craving something better in my business or life?
  2. What truth am I pretending not to know?
  3. What rules have I been told I “have to” follow but don’t feel right for me?
  4. If I don’t change my daily habits, will my life be better or worse 3 years from now?
  5. What do I need to let go of?

You know that last question is especially meaningful to me right now, as it aligns with my word of intention for 2024: LET GO. But all of these questions are powerful.

Actually, the true power lies in your ANSWERS to these questions.

So, give yourself the gift of some time for introspection. Listen to that voice inside of you. Ask the questions, and listen to the answers.

Then, and only then, set your goals and make your plans for 2024.
